That is a weird thing to complain about, I know but I really did want to get a new episode of Sabrina in this week. The first episode has so much promise.
The Vampire Diaries has tapered off into the dull and weird in season 4 and the urge to binge-watch is deader than Damon Salvatore. I can never get past that season. Which I think is why it’s been way easier to think about writing more than TV. Disappointment in your current binge is a big motivator.
This week, I finished draft one of my new work in progress which now has a TITLE and a character profile for my beloved main character, Freya Aldana. If any of you are on Facebook, you can check that out in my author group: Rosie Wylor-Owen’s Book Coven. All the calls for ARCs, the freebies, giveaways and news hit this group first!
I don’t mean to gush, but I’m really excited about this project. My debut novel and a main character I’ve really fallen in love with is hard not to shout about. Freya’s had a hard life and it’s about to get harder (sorry baby girl).
Next week I’m going to release the title of this bad-boy and I can’t wait to share it with you. In the meantime, I’m going to make an effort to watch at least one more episode of Sabrina and maybe one more The Vampire Diaries if I can stomach it.
