It’s been a prolific month for reading for me. After a bit of a slump, it really picked up and in no small part because I got some amazing new books I’ve wanted for ages. (I’m not going to talk about them here because I’ve gushed about them on here for so long now).
I’ve read loads, but it’s been a super mixed bag. The stars have been more low than high this July and unfortunately, also a DNF. I really hate giving up on books but sometimes, you just can’t keep going.
I can’t complain, even if I haven’t enjoyed as many books this month. I feel really blessed to be given the chance to read people’s books. The good news is that I’ve got lots of books already lined up for August that have come piling into my inbox and I’ve started August’s reads on a sequel to a book I loved last month.
As things stand, I’m really looking forward to August’s reading list and getting stuck into some brilliant books, both the indie books and traditionally published books. But, just to wrap up July and put a full stop at the end of the month, here’s a summary list of the reviews I’ve done in July:
Emergence Book Review
Captain Hook: Villain or Victim? Book Review
Wicked Descent Book Review
A Rhyme of Dark Words Book Review
Thanks for reading!
