OK, I felt like there have been a lot of academy and academy reverse harems on the blog lately and I wanted to shake things up with the new release this week.
Y’all know that while I like fantasy books, I don’t read them that much. That being said, this super recently released fantasy book really made me look twice. It’s a YA fantasy that apparently has elements of And I Darken and Eragon. Fantasy blurbs don’t often snag me like this one.
Where can I get it?
It’s available in e-book, audiobook and hard cover. No paperbacks. What? But, wait, it’s all good and I’ll tell you why.
The e-book format is super expensive, it’s about $12 (though my UK based computer might mess up the real price, but it probably isn’t off by much) and that really shocked me. This book is super popular but that price is off the charts.
But! The hardcover is available for a full dollar cheaper than the e-book! I’m sure this is an attempt by the author to shift her special, limited edition hardcovers but it gives us a chance to swoop in and grab a pretty good deal on a hardback.
Thanks for reading!
